Justin Metzner hereby requests a VARIANCE from Article III, Section 490-303C (1), and asks that said terms of the Zoning Ordinance be waived to permit the construction of a new 15' x 25' open deck addition to an existing single-family dwelling to be 4.0 ft. from the front lot line, where a minimum of 30 ft. is required in the Recreational District. D & M Demers Real Estate Investments, LLC hereby requests a VARIANCE from Article III, Section 490-303C (1), and asks that said terms of the Zoning Ordinance be waived to permit the construction of a single-family dwelling on a lot of 30,076 sq. ft., where 35,500 sq. ft. (by soils) is required in the Recreational District. Grant 4/0 with stipulations
