Select Realty, LLC hereby requests that the VARIANCE that was granted on February 5, 2019 to "permit the addition of an open sided roof structure (already constructed) to the existing building" be amended to remove the first stipulation, "structure to remain open sided", to allow the structure to be entirely enclosed in the Commercial Industrial B Zoning District. Tuscan Village Master Development, LLC hereby requests a VARIANCE from Article VII, Section 490-702E (2), and asks that said terms of the Zoning Ordinance be waived to allow off-site advertising on proposed 8-12 pedestrian kiosk informational signs to be located throughout the Tuscan Village South/Central Development, where off-site signage is not allowed under the sign ordinance per Section 490-702E (2). The Tuscan Village Tenant and Site Sign Standards allow these types of pedestrian kiosk signs with the exception of advertising of off-site services and goods, therefore a variance for that particular aspect of the sign is required.
