06:53Livhomes Realty Trust hereby requests VARIANCE from Article III, Section 490-303C (1), and asks that said terms of the Zoning Ordinance be waived to permit the construction of a new dwelling on a lot having 4,938 sq. ft., 50.6 ft. of frontage, 50.6 ft. at the building line, left and right side setbacks of 12.5 ft., where a minimum lot size of 35,000 sq. ft. lot size by soils, 100 ft. of frontage, 100 ft. at the building line, 15 ft. side setbacks are required in the Recreational District.
