Captain Rick's Adventures: Learning About Hot Air Balloons

Captain Rick starts his journey out at the Queechee Balloon Festival in Vermont, gets stormed out. Then slides over to Topsfield, Massachusetts for a tethered ride on a beautiful balloon. Then finally finished up in Salem, New Hampshire on the ride over the local scenery.
