Silverthorne Deck Ribbon Cutting-Nov 2025. The Salem Council on Aging donated a new deck & repairs to Silverthorne Adult Day Center. SIlverthorne Director, Jessica Szweda, expressed her appreciation to the Council on Aging for creating a beautiful space for both the members of the Adult Day Center and the staff as well.
