SALEMI, TRUSTEE hereby requests a VARIANCE from Article III, Section 490-301 (C) (1) and asks that said terms of the Zoning Ordinance be waived to permit construction of four (4) multi-family residential buildings, containing a total of 22 townhouse style residential units, allowed by prior variance granted 10/1/2024, to be 35 ft. high and contain three (3) stories, where 35 ft. height but only 2 1/2 stories are permitted in the Residential District.
