Wreaths Across America

On a cold icy day, 12/13/25, at the cemetery by the Salem Museum a group of dedicated citizens lay wreaths at gravesite to commemorate their service. The ceremony began at the Salem Museum where Brian Flanagan, President of the Museum, opened the event, Terry Armstrong, from the American Legion Post 63, spoke about the service of veterans that have passed away and what their bravery meant for the freedom of America. They will always be remembered and appreciated for their service. Members of the Salem Area Women's Club read the names of the veterans in that cemetery and then they lay the wreaths at the gravesites.
