Government Academy- Salem Police Dept.- Police Chief, Joel Dolan provides a thorough overview of the SAlem Police Department, the different divisions it contains, hiring process and their role in the community. We also meet Deputy Chief Shane Smith, Capt Joe Keating and Capt Jason Smith they tell us a little bit about their background and their path to the SPD. It all wraps up with Questions from the attendees and an interesting walk-through of their temporary space.
